Can I Change My Call Times?
You can request a change of call time as a one-off or regular occurrence, for example, for a hospital visit or social activity, and we will do our very best to accommodate the change. However, it is dependent on space in the Rota, which may take time to find.
If your call times are not working for you generally, we will work as hard as possible to find you a better time.
