Agency Staff in Home Care

Do you use agency or temporary staff?

For several reasons, we do not use agency staff, including:-

Premier Community like to know the people we send out to care to our service users.
Our Service Users like to know who is looking after them.
The job of personal carer is highly specialised nowadays, and our training is of a high standard, including company ethos and expectations.
We want to maintain high standards.
Premier Community use unique communication systems to deliver responsive care.

We recognise that our service is currently under a great deal of prolonged pressure from Covid19, with staff needing to isolate to protect our service users, but so far, our calls are all covered, even if some are subject to change. Many of our staff are working extra hours to cover their colleagues.
