We aware that occasionally there may be legitimate reasons for you not to get on with your carer, it’s very natural not to get on with everyone. If this is the case please don’t hesitate to contact us, we will listen to your concerns and respond if needed by changing your carer, home help or companion.
We will comprehensively review your care, including how you are getting on with your carer, home help or companion after 72 hours, 6 weeks, 6 month and annually. We want to be as flexible and responsive as possible, you or your family can contact us any time by telephone or by using the Digital Care Plan app.
