Can someone be with me when I set up Home Care and for my reviews?
If you want someone with you at our setting up meeting and support reviews, such as family, a close friend, or someone who has cared for you in the past, we would encourage you to do so. It can help us to get all the information we need, and offer you the support and confidence you need as well.
If your care is partly or fully funded by social services, they usually take the lead in arranging review meetings, and we and anybody else involved in your care are usually invited to those meetings, so that we work together to provide for your needs.
