What is a Care Team?


Premier Community covers a large geographical area, but we want to provide a small team of people dedicated to your particular support, this way you can get to know everyone on the team. The Care Team includes, a Community Registered Manager, a Deputy Field Manager, a Quality Systems Manager, Senior Carers, Carer/s or Home Helps or Companions, all working together with our Operations Team and Live Team,  to ensure you receive quality, responsive support, professionally and on time.

 

Usually you will need one or two carers, home helps and companions, and in very exceptional and rare  circumstances three carer’s, this decision will depend on your Care Assessment and Risk Assessments.

 

Our Personal Carers work:- 

Morning Shifts available from 6.45am - 2.30pm

Evening Shifts available from 3.45pm - 10.30pm

Night Shift available from 10.30pm - 7pm

 

Our Home helps are available 

Weekdays from 9.30 am - 3.00pm

 

Our Companions and Support Workers

Day Time available from 9.30am - 3.00pm

Evening available from  4.00pm - 10.30pm (can be flexible for concerts and travel etc)

 

Our Live in Carers

Usually work for two weeks  on duty  -  two weeks off duty, and are arranged in two teams.
